Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original BY PARIAH velvet pouch and gift box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
